Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your skin and your results, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer easy returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply download, print, and securely attach it to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the products in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear back on your original form of payment.
